Yes. Because the widget uses plain HTML links and images β no JavaScript β it works in every major email client including Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo, and all mobile clients. If a recipient can click a link in an email, they can rate it.
After creating a widget in your dashboard, you'll see a copy-paste HTML snippet. Drop it into your email template wherever you want the rating to appear. Most platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) have an "HTML block" where you can paste it directly.
We support deduplication two ways. If your email platform supports merge tags, you can pass a unique recipient token in the URL β EmailFeed will then only record one response per person. As a fallback, we use IP-based deduplication.
Their browser opens a lightweight EmailFeed-hosted page. It confirms their rating and β on Starter plan and above β shows an optional comment box. The whole flow takes about 10 seconds and requires no login from the recipient.
Not at all. Creating a widget and embedding it is entirely point-and-click. The HTML snippet we generate is ready to paste β no editing required unless you want to customise it.
Yes β the Agency plan supports unlimited widgets, up to 10 team seats, and white-label thank-you pages so your clients never see the EmailFeed brand. Each brand or client can have its own set of widgets under one account.
